Until recently, our design process has been limited by the costly and time consuming nature of manufacturing. SUNY New Paltz’s Hudson Valley Advanced Manufacturing Center changes this by offering local businesses and designers the speed and agility of 3D printing. Their collection of 3D printing technology constitutes one of the most advanced academic labs in the country.

The expert lab technicians and a wide range of 3D printers offered from the Hudson Valley Advanced Manufacturing Center allow designers to test their designs throughout the design process. This enables a rapid design/test/learn workflow that significantly speeds up the delivery of the final product.
